動(dòng)作要領(lǐng):站在窗臺(tái)或桌子前,雙手撐在窗臺(tái)上,吸氣身體脊柱伸展向上,呼氣胸腔打開(kāi)向上向前推,髖部恥骨向上推出,雙腿收緊,目視上方,頸部,脊柱盡量伸展,正常呼吸,保持姿勢(shì)10-20秒鐘,然后先抬起臀部,雙腳前移,慢慢收式。
功效:消除背部、腿部和肩部的僵硬感。調(diào)節(jié)骨盆區(qū)域的血液循環(huán)、擴(kuò)張胸部,伸展和強(qiáng)壯肺部,增強(qiáng)免疫力。(霍佳雪)
