動(dòng)作要領(lǐng):坐在椅子二分之一處,雙手向后彎曲,握住椅子背部。身體保持正直,兩肩向后擴(kuò)展打開(kāi),收腹,呼氣上背后仰,胸部盡量向前挺起,頭部放松靠在椅背上,眼睛注視天花板或閉上雙眼,保持此姿勢(shì)10秒鐘。
